Job summary

Gardner Denver Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Package Project Engineer on a 1-year contract to support end-to-end project execution across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and delivery phases.

The role requires strong coordination, technical understanding, and stakeholder management to ensure successful project outcomes. Responsibilities include coordinating project activities, managing customer and supplier communications, reviewing technical documentation, and supporting procurement and cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in package engineering/project execution (ETO equipment is a plus).
• Experience in oil & gas, chemical, marine, or rotating equipment industries is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support and drive project execution across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, testing, and delivery phases.
• Act as a key contact for customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.
• Interpret technical specs, review engineering documents (P&ID, process calculations), and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers on material delivery, monitor vendor performance, and expedite procurement activities.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and resources; identify risks and propose mitigations.
• Ensure proper documentation control, submission, and approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in cost monitoring, invoicing, and milestone payments follow-up.
