Job summary

GPA Engineering Corporation Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Project Engineer to support the execution of engineering projects by coordinating project activities, preparing project documentation, and liaising with customers and suppliers.

The role includes assisting with project follow-up to ensure on-time, on-spec delivery and adherence to customer requirements. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, handling project administration, maintaining records, and updating technical drawings.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Higher NITEC in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in engineering, project coordination, or related field is an advantage.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Ability to generate, update, and revise AutoCAD drawings is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating project activities and monitoring project schedules.
• Support the sales team with order processing and project administration.
• Follow up with customers, suppliers, and internal departments on project-related matters.
• Coordinate equipment deliveries, site activities, and project documentation.
• Prepare, maintain, and update project records, reports, and filing systems.
• Assist in preparing and revising technical drawings and project documentation.
• Support the preparation and submission of technical documents and drawings.
• Liaise with customers and suppliers on project progress, delivery schedules, and technical requirements.
• Coordinate with overseas suppliers, including China-based suppliers, on project-related matters.
• Attend project meetings and provide updates when required.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
