Job summary

NES GLOBAL PTE. LTD.

seeks a Work Package Owner to support the Project Coordinator and Project Manager for Pac & Logistic, ensuring EPCM delivers on scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, and compliance requirements. The WPO leads the package through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, FAT/SAT, and turnover, coordinating with CQV and client teams to drive delivery while monitoring risks and performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading work packages in complex projects.
• Experience with Greenfield CAPEX pharmaceutical initiatives.
• Knowledge of CQV processes and validation.
• Strong understanding of GMP/GEP standards and regulatory interfaces.
• Excellent communication, issue escalation, and governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as package lead/area lead managing deliverables within budget and schedule.
• Coordinate with PC/PM, CQV, Vendors, Procurement to drive delivery.
• Define, manage, and secure resources for critical studies and risk monitoring.
• Prepare project reports and manage supplier performance to meet scope.
• Ensure compliance with engineering, SHE, GMP/GEP standards and procedures.
• Support change control and project governance throughout lifecycle.
