Job summary

Advanced Manufacturing Tech Solutions (AMTSOL) in Singapore seeks a Package Lead Engineer for Freezers & Cold Storage within Capital Projects for Bio Pharma. You will support the Project Coordinator and Manager, monitor scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, and compliance, and take ownership through handover after FAT.

This role requires proven package leadership experience on pharma capital projects, strong CQV understanding, and ability to coordinate with suppliers, EPCM contractors, and

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading work packages on pharmaceutical/biopharma capital projects.
• Strong understanding of CQV processes and project governance.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specs and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Act as package lead within the project, managing deliverables, budget and schedule.
• Coordinate with project team and client stakeholders to drive delivery.
• Ensure compliance with client processes and obtain necessary approvals.
• Prepare regular project reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Organise FAT/SAT and qualification activities and close deviations.
• Support commissioning and system start-up.
