Job summary

Anter Consulting Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to oversee commissioning and qualification of warehouse and packaging systems for a new greenfield manufacturing facility.

You will ensure schedules, safety and regulatory compliance are met and manage a small CQV team on site. The role requires hands-on CQV execution experience in pharma/biotech, strong cGMP knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with EPCM teams, vendors and internal stakeholders to maintain project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Process or a related Engineering discipline.
• Around 10 years of C&Q or project engineering experience in pharmaceutical or biotech environments.
• Experience commissioning packaging lines and/or warehouse and cold storage systems.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP and risk-based validation approaches.
• Able to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced project environment.
• PMP certification, or experience in high-containment or potent compound facilities, is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead C&Q execution for packaging systems, including automated packaging lines, visual inspection booths, labelling, cartoning and serialisation.
• Oversee C&Q of warehouse storage, freezers, cold rooms and freeze-thaw systems.
• Plan and coordinate C&Q activities with EPCM teams, vendors, Engineering, Operations, Automation, QA and EHS.
• Review and approve CQV test scripts, and guide documentation so it is accurate and consistent.
• Track and resolve discrepancies, and support change control by assessing cost, schedule and compliance impact.
• Report C&Q progress and issues at project stakeholder meetings.
• Take part in construction walk-downs and punch lists through to Mechanical Completion.
• Make sure field execution is done safely and in line with site EHS and quality standards.
• Supervise a team of 3-5 engineers
