Job summary

Advanced Manufacturing Tech Solutions (AMTSOL) in Singapore seeks a Package Lead Engineer for Freezers & Cold Storage within Capital Projects for Bio Pharma. You will support the Project Coordinator/Manager, oversee EPCM performance, and drive the package from design through turnover.

You will coordinate CQV, manage risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and client stakeholders to deliver on time, within budget and to quality standards; on-site role.

Qualifications

• Experience leading work packages on pharmaceutical/biopharma capital projects.
• Understanding of CQV processes and regulatory/compliance requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings, specs and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the package within the project, managing deliverables, budget and schedule.
• Coordinate with project team, SMEs, CQV, vendors and procurement to define drive the work package delivery.
• Ensure stage-gate compliance and oversee documentation and approvals.
• Prepare regular project reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Organise FAT, SAT, qualifications, and turnover documentation.
