Job summary

Michael Page International Pte Ltd is seeking a senior P2P transformation leader to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for procure-to-pay processes within the organization. You will drive standardized designs, governance, compliance, and internal controls to support robust financial operations.

You will spearhead continuous improvement using RPA, AI, and process mining, while strengthening partnerships with business units and guiding change management for redesigned processes.

Responsibilities

• Define the overarching vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop and enforce standardized P2P process designs, governance frameworks, compliance requirements, and internal controls.
• Implement and track key performance indicators such as DPO, Touchless Invoice Processing Rate, and Spend Under Management.
• Lead continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives leveraging RPA, AI, process mining, and automation tools.
• Strengthen stakeholder partnerships across business units and drive effective change management for successful adoption of redesigned processes.
• Oversee integration and optimization of P2P systems, ensuring alignment with ERP (e.g., SAP) and S2P solutions.
• Ensure adherence to finance governance, SFRS requirements, tax compliance, and internal control standards.
• Support major transformation programs including ERP implementations, shared services migrations, and process re-engineering efforts.
