Job summary

OKX operates a large peer-to-peer crypto marketplace enabling local fiat exchanges via verified liquidity providers. You will lead a team managing these providers across markets, ensuring depth, reliability, and a strong partner experience.

The role is a high-ownership, frontline builder position focused on growth, partner engagement, and marketplace health, with data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in growth, account management or relationship management for high-value users or clients, with team leadership and multi-market experience.
• Proven experience managing high-volume client or partner relationships and improving partner engagement and service quality.
• Strong data and funnel fluency: owns metrics, runs analysis, and informs decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the P2P liquidity provider programme and monitor marketplace depth.
• Lead and grow a team of account managers; set direction and raise operating bar.
• Manage the liquidity-provider programme, tiering frameworks, account management and retention.
• Lead growth strategy and retention funnel with data; build/read funnels and turn insights into decisions.
• Collaborate with user risk team on high-risk user profiling and dispute reduction; growth is the priority.
