Job summary
Allianz Reinsurance Asia Pacific invites a motivated intern to join our Property & Casualty team for hands-on experience in underwriting and client management. You will work with seasoned professionals on live projects, developing skills in pricing, data analysis, and market research.
You are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Business, Economics, Finance, or related field, fluent in English, and comfortable using Excel and AI tools.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Fluency in English is required; other Asian languages are an advantage.
- You will learn and contribute to underwriting, client management, and pricing activities.
Responsibilities
- Assist with drafting and preparing business cases and research papers.
- Prepare presentation slides for client meetings and internal discussions.
- Support portfolio performance analysis and pricing model reviews.
- Help define efficient workflows using Allianz Re's AI platform.
- Gather data and perform market analysis to inform decisions.
- Review contract wordings in line with underwriting guidelines.
- Contribute to organizing corporate events and initiatives.
