Job summary

Pacific Prime Insurance Brokers Singapore PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent Billing Specialist to handle day-to-day P&C billing, premium administration, payment reconciliation and related finance operations.

Applicants should have a Diploma and 2–3 years in insurance, strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, proficient in Excel, and the ability to own and prioritize tasks; more experienced specialists can work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder with 2–3 years of experience in the insurance industry.
• Demonstrates good judgement with strong customer and quality focus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Takes ownership and accountability and can prioritize work effectively.
• More experienced billing specialists may work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day P&C billing, premium administration, payment reconciliation.
• Review premiums, invoices, billing details and policy records for accuracy.
• Process billing adjustments and debit notes.
• Monitor and reconcile SOAs and investigate discrepancies.
• Track premium collections and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
• Assist with commission reconciliation and related finance matters for P&C accounts.
• Maintain accurate billing, payment, policy and client records in systems.
• Support policy administration for P&C accounts including renewals and changes.
• Prepare policy administration documents and renewal data.
• Liaise with insurers, Finance, Account Managers and internal teams.
• Escalate complex issues to the Manager and perform ad-hoc duties.
