Job summary

China Taiping Insurance (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented policy administrator to process New, Renewal, and Endorsement policies and to ensure documentation accuracy. You will interact with intermediaries and customers at the front desk, supporting the department and providing timely feedback to leadership.

The role requires a Diploma or higher, familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel, and strong communication and customer-service skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder or above.
• GI/general insurance experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Mainly process policies including New & Renewal Policies & Endorsement.
• Ensure policy documentation is processed timely and accurately.
• Liaise with intermediaries on outstanding matters pertaining to issuance of policies/endorsements.
• Service customers at the front desk on a roster basis.
• Provide feedback to Head of Department on matters related to the department.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Company / HOD.
