ETHEREAL TECH PTE. LTD. seeks an Overseas Finance Manager to oversee finance operations for domestic and overseas entities, including Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Singapore. The role entails audits, financial statement preparation, and regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, reliable and discreet with confidentiality and risk awareness.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day finance operations of domestic and overseas entities including Mainland China, Hong Kong and Singapore.
• Prepare financial statements and analysis for Mainland China and Hong Kong entities.
• Coordinate and manage annual audits for Mainland China and Hong Kong entities, including schedules and liaising with auditors.
• Prepare monthly financial statements for the Hong Kong entity, manage fund movements and bank accounts, and assist regulatory reporting under FRR (SFC).
• Coordinate with overseas accountants, auditors, tax advisers, company secretaries, banks and service providers for timely filings and audits.

Job Title: Overseas Finance Manager

Location: Hong Kong (preferred) or Singapore

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day finance operations of both domestic and overseas entities, including entities in Mainland China, Hong Kong and Singapore. Responsibilities include bookkeeping, monthly closing, intercompany reconciliation and financial document filing.
• Prepare financial statements and financial analysis for Mainland China and Hong Kong entities.
• Coordinate and manage annual audits for Mainland China and Hong Kong entities, including preparation of audit schedules and supporting documents, follow‑up on audit queries, liaison with auditors, and completion of audit reports.
• Prepare monthly financial statements for the Hong Kong financial services entity, manage fund movements and bank accounts, and assist with the preparation and submission of regulatory reports under the SFC Financial Resources Rules (FRR) .
• Coordinate with overseas accountants, auditors, tax advisers, company secretaries, banks and other professional service providers to ensure timely completion of annual filings, tax compliance and statutory audit requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Financial Management or a related discipline, with a strong academic background and good learning ability.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in finance or audit , with hands‑on exposure to financial statement preparation and annual audits for Mainland China and/or Hong Kong entities.
• Good written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional working environment.
• Strong interest in AI and its application in finance , with a willingness to actively learn and use large language models and AI tools to improve work efficiency.
• Detail‑oriented, reliable and responsible, with strong confidentiality, risk awareness and professional integrity.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial institutions, multinational or overseas companies, internet companies or technology companies.
• CPA, ACCA or other relevant professional qualifications, or currently pursuing such qualifications.
• Practical experience using AI tools for data organisation, analysis or finance‑related tasks.
• Flexible, adaptable and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
