Job summary
Our client in Singapore seeks an experienced OutSystems Technical Lead to join the software engineering team. You will design and develop scalable solutions on the OutSystems platform, align with business goals and technical requirements, and lead a development team while maintaining coding standards.
You will mentor peers, resolve complex challenges, oversee secure, high-performing apps, and collaborate with stakeholders across functions.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience building web/mobile apps with OutSystems.
- OutSystems certifications: O11 Associate Reactive Developer, O11 Associate Tech Lead, Expert Traditional Web Developer, Architecture Specialist (ODC).
- Strong OutSystems platform knowledge including Service Studio and Integration Studio.
- Experience with architecture patterns and high-performing apps.
- Proficient with ASP.NET/C#/Java, HTML/CSS/JS, RESTful APIs.
- 5+ years with SQL/Oracle and T-SQL; lifecycle experience in full deployments.
Responsibilities
- Lead one or more development teams to deliver OutSystems projects.
- Translate business requirements into scalable OutSystems solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices.
- Design, develop, and test OutSystems apps per standards.
- Collaborate with analysts and other teams on architecture and integration.
- Refactor apps using OutSystems patterns to improve performance.
- Mentor junior developers and communicate risks to leadership.
