Job summary

SCIENTEC CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking an OutSystems Developer to join a government agency in Singapore.

The role involves owning complex platform functionality, delivering features through full sprint cycles, and mentoring engineers. • Min 4 years of OutSystems development experience.
• OutSystems certification (Associate Reactive Developer or higher).
• Experience in Agile-scrum methodology and end-to-end project lifecycle.
• Experience building government or public sector digital products.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and take technical ownership of complex or high risk platform functionality on OutSystems, including legacy system integration
• Delivery features through the full sprint cycle
• Diagnose and resolve platform limitation directly where possible; elevate to Solution Architect only where resolution requires an architecture level trade off
• Review code and mentor Consultant level engineer, acting as the first quality gate before Solution Architect review
• Manage deployment lifecycle and performance optimisation for higher complexity or legacy adjacent modules in a live product/system
• Support Solution Architect in translating architecture blueprints into buildable technical tasks for the team
• Optimise existing applications, applying working knowledge of platform configuration to avoid rework or regression
• Flag platform limitations to Solution Architect and delivery risk to Product Manager
