Job summary

GovTech Singapore is seeking a skilled OutSystems developer to join a government agency’s digital transformation team. You will design, build, and deploy scalable applications using OutSystems, covering UI, logic, workflows, and data models.

Collaborate with a cross-functional Scrum team to turn business requirements into feasible technical solutions. You'll work in an agile environment, deliver features through sprints, and ensure secure, resilient systems.

Qualifications

• OutSystems development experience required.
• OutSystems certification (Associate Reactive Developer or higher).
• Experience in agile-scrum methodology, DevOps practices, and end-to-end project lifecycle.
• Experience building digital products for government or public sector clients.
• Experience integrating legacy systems into modern platforms.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and deploy applications using OutSystems, covering UI, business logic, workflows, integrations, and data models
• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with technical standards
• Develop automated workflows, forms, and screen flows for intuitive, accessible, and responsive user experiences
• Collaborate closely with the cross-functional Scrum team and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technically feasible solutions
• Deliver features through the full sprint cycle, with code review and quality testing
• Manage the deployment lifecycle and monitor application performance and resiliency
• Flag platform limitations and delivery risks to the relevant technical and project leads
• Maintain technical documentation and support materials for developed applications

Core Key Skills

• 4+ years of OutSystems development experience
• OutSystems certification (Associate Reactive Developer or higher)
• Experience in agile-scrum methodology, DevOpspractices, and end-to-end project lifecycle
