Job summary

ALBA E-WASTE SMART RECYCLING PTE. LTD. is seeking an Outreach Assistant for a 2-month contract in Singapore. You will assist in planning and executing school talks, tours, roadshows and community events, and support awareness activities with the Marketing team.

You will liaise with schools, Town Councils and corporate partners, coordinate campaigns, and help manage volunteer programmes. The role requires good communication, teamwork and a proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Students, fresh graduates and candidates with relevant working experience are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, responsible and able to manage multiple tasks.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working independently as well as in a team.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, when required.
• Able to commit to a 2-month contract.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing outreach activities such as school talks, facility tours, roadshows and community events.
• Support e-waste recycling awareness activities and community engagement initiatives.
• Liaise with schools, Town Councils, corporate organisations and community partners as required.
• Assist with the coordination and management of outreach activities, campaigns and events.
• Support the volunteer programme, including volunteer coordination, communication and engagement.
• Assist in preparing outreach materials, EDMs, collaterals and digital content together with the Marketing team.
• Support key campaigns and events, including the annual International E-Waste Day event.
• Assist with basic SEO activities such as keyword research, content updates and performance monitoring.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the team.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
