Job summary

SPH Media seeks an Events Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to support the ST Outreach and Engagement team in activations and admin tasks. You will help plan and execute forums, exhibitions, live recordings and other outreach activities, coordinating with vendors and venues, managing timelines and budgets, and handling attendee logistics.

You will also assist with marketing efforts, post-event evaluation, and office operations including inventory and documentation.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage or assist in planning and execution of events such as forums, exhibitions, live recordings and other activations.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and venues to secure services and equipment.
• Assist with event timelines, schedules and budgets.
• Manage logistical needs including transportation, catering and ticketing.
• Oversee setup of venues, AV, seating, decor and branding.
• Manage pre-event and on-site operations: RSVPs, registration and attendee management.
• Assist with development and purchasing of branded merchandise from quotes to goods.
• Plan or assist in marketing strategies to promote activations.
• Manage feedback and reports to assess event success and areas for improvement.
• Support office and inventory management; maintain records.
