Job summary

MINDSG LTD in Singapore seeks a Programme Officer (Outreach and Engagement) to implement community programmes at our Lavender Centre. You will coordinate with centres, engage clients and caregivers, and collaborate with volunteers, NGOs and staff to extend services.

You will design, run and evaluate activities with a multi-disciplinary team including psychologists, social workers, and training officers, ensuring inclusive participation and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Social Work, Psychology, or Community Services or related fields with at least 2 years working experience.
• Excellent communication, time management & problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team with integrity, sensitivity and drive to support clients with intellectual disability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outreach and engagement programmes with assigned centres and volunteers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders to support clients and caregivers.
• Implement and evaluate programme activities in centre or community settings.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team (e.g., Psychologist, Social Worker, Therapist, Training Officers) to design programmes.
• Manage recruitment, deployment, and appreciation of volunteers and partners.
• Ensure safety and well-being of participants during programme activities.
