Job summary

Food Republic Pte Ltd is seeking a Training and Development specialist to deliver weekly division orientation, conduct SAP training, and manage certification records across outlets.

You will coordinate training materials, monitor attendance and evaluations, and support ad-hoc projects, requiring strong communication, organisational skills and willingness to travel between outlets in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Training and Development, Business Studies, Business Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in training delivery, training administration or a similar capacity, preferably within the F&B, retail or hospitality industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using Learning Management Systems, webinar tools and other internet-based systems.
• Experience with SAP would be advantageous; training and support will be provided.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the confidence to conduct training for both large and small groups.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently.
• Detail-oriented, with good record-keeping and follow-up skills.
• Able to travel between outlets to conduct evaluations and provide operational support.
• Bilingual proficiency would be advantageous, as the role may require communication and training support for employees from different language backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct the Division Orientation programme for new employees every week.
• Conduct basic SAP training as required. Training materials and support will be provided.
• Conduct and complete service and operational evaluations across all assigned outlets.
• Maintain accurate records of outlet managers’ work-related certifications, monitor their validity and coordinate renewals before expiry.
• Support the alignment of operational procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with the relevant training materials.
• Maintain accurate training attendance, evaluation and certification records.
• Provide administrative and logistical support for training activities when required.
• Support other ad-hoc training and operational projects as assigned by management.
