Job summary

HMR Foods Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic outlet operations supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure cleanliness, staffing efficiency, and an organized workflow.

You will lead and motivate the team, promote menu items, manage customer satisfaction, uphold food safety standards, and monitor stock to prevent shortages.

You will also deliver detailed reports on sales, expenses, and performance, and plan rosters to optimize productivity while delivering great service.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily outlet operations to maintain cleanliness, staffing adequacy, and organized workflow
• Promote new menu items and ongoing promotions to customers to increase sales and engagement
• Deliver quality customer service by addressing needs and ensuring satisfaction throughout the customer experience
• Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly to resolve issues and improve service quality
• Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, expenses, and stock levels for operational review
• Assign duties and plan staff rosters to optimize team productivity and coverage
• Train, manage, and motivate staff to enhance skills, performance, and teamwork
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards to maintain consistent food and service quality
• Monitor stock and supplies to prevent shortages and control inventory efficiently
• Maintain good housekeeping standards to provide a clean and safe environment for staff and customers
