Job summary

PVG SEA PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Outlet Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and guide the team to deliver high-quality service and food. You will manage staff scheduling, training, and ensure compliance with SOPs, hygiene, and halal standards while maintaining peak-period performance.

The role emphasizes supervising yakiniku and nitsuke preparation, inventory control, customer feedback handling, and continuous improvement of service quality in a Japanese cuisine setting.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of relevant F&B experience, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience in Japanese cuisine or kitchen operations is an advantage.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of food hygiene, food safety, and halal requirements.
• Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficient service.
• Manage staff scheduling, manpower allocation, and daily work assignments.
• Train, guide, and supervise staff to maintain service and operational standards.
• Prepare and oversee yakiniku and nitsuke dishes according to company recipes and quality standards.
• Manage inventory, supplier orders, and stock levels while minimising food wastage.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints to maintain good customer service.
• Ensure the outlet maintains proper cleanliness, food hygiene, and halal standards.
• Ensure staff follow company SOPs, food safety procedures, and kitchen safety guidelines.
• Monitor daily operations and resolve issues to maintain food quality and service standards, especially during peak periods.
