Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is seeking an Outdoor Sales Executive (Construction & Industrial Tools) to drive growth across Singapore. The role is field-based with regular site visits to understand tool, PPE and consumable requirements for construction projects.

You will manage key accounts, prepare quotations, and work with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery while chasing targets and maintaining strong client relationships with site supervisors and project managers.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of B2B outdoor or field sales experience in industrial tools, building materials or construction supplies.
• Willingness to travel regularly to construction sites and comply with site safety requirements.
• Valid Class 3 driving license; access to own vehicle is an advantage.
• Diploma or above with ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned construction accounts, including main contractors, subcontractors, M&E contractors and facilities management companies.
• Visit project sites, site offices and stores regularly to understand requirements for tools, PPE and consumables.
• Identify new business opportunities from existing customers and develop new construction-sector accounts.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiate pricing within approved margins and close sales orders.
• Coordinate with indoor sales and warehouse teams to ensure accurate orders, stock availability and timely delivery.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and support timely payment collection based on agreed credit terms.
• Build good working relationships with site supervisors, procurement managers and project managers.
• Stay updated on PPE requirements and Workplace Safety & Health regulations relevant to construction sites.
• Provide updates on sales pipeline, account performance and market information to the Sales Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Position Title: Outdoor Sales Executive (Construction & Industrial Tools)
• Working Location: Tanjong Penjuru (field-based with regular site travel across Singapore)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Commission + Performance Bonus + Annual Bonus + Transport/Mileage Allowance
• Duration: Permanent Role

• Diploma or above with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
