Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an outdoor Instructor to inspire confidence, resilience, and leadership in young people. You will guide participants through transformative experiences in nature, helping them discover strengths and lifelong values.

You will lead adventure-based learning, foster teamwork and personal growth, maintain high safety standards, and model leadership in dynamic outdoor settings. This 3-year contract offers up to SGD 5,200 per month.

• Experience in youth development or participant instruction preferred.
• Background in sports or outdoor activity.

• Effective communicator with ability to facilitate group reflection.
