Job summary

Singtel in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager for Outdoor/Macro Mobile Access Network deployments, including site rollout, upgrades and modernization, to deliver on-time and within budget.

You will coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and authorities, manage schedules and risks, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while driving continuous improvement across network delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications or Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in network implementation or project delivery.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead Outdoor/Macro Mobile Access Network deployments, including site rollout, upgrades and modernization.
• Plan and manage schedules, resources and implementation activities for timely delivery.
• Monitor progress and provide milestone updates to stakeholders and management.
• Review scope and plan to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, building owners and agencies to resolve issues.
• Use project management tools to maintain visibility, control and delivery discipline.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, regulatory requirements and safety practices.
• Lead vendor performance discussions and drive delivery outcomes.
• Support continuous improvement in delivery practices and cross‑team collaboration.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Lead the implementation of Outdoor/ Macro Mobile Access Network projects, including new site rollout, upgrades and modernisation initiatives.
• Plan and manage project schedules, resources and implementation activities to achieve timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Monitor project progress and provide clear updates on milestones, risks, issues and mitigation plans to stakeholders and management.
• Review project scope, technical requirements and implementation plan to ensure smooth and effective execution.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams, vendors, contractors, building owners and agencies to resolve delivery dependencies and implementation issues.
• Use project management tools, trackers and governance processes to maintain visibility, control and delivery discipline.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, regulatory requirements and workplace safety practices throughout project delivery.
• Lead stakeholder reviews and vendor performance discussions to drive accountability and successful delivery outcomes.
• Support continuous improvement in implementation practices, team collaboration and delivery effectiveness.
  

Skills For Success

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in network implementation or project delivery.
• Good understanding of mobile access network deployment, implementation workflows and site delivery practices.
• Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and project timelines.
• Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong problem-solving and execution skills, with the ability to drive implementation outcomes across cross-functional teams.
• Experience in working with vendors and contractors will be an advantage.
