Job summary

Singtel is hiring for a Senior Project Manager to lead Outdoor/Macro Mobile Access Network deployments in Singapore. You will plan, schedule and deliver site rollouts, upgrades and modernisation while coordinating with vendors, contractors and internal teams.

You will monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure regulatory and safety compliance across projects. The role requires a degree in Telecommunications/Electrical Engineering and at least 3 years in network implementation or project

Qualifications

• Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in mobile access network deployment or project delivery.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Outdoor/Macro Mobile Access Network projects, including new site rollout, upgrades and modernisation initiatives.
• Plan and manage project schedules, resources and implementation activities to achieve timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Monitor project progress and provide clear updates on milestones, risks, issues and mitigation plans to stakeholders and management.
• Review project scope, technical requirements and implementation plan to ensure smooth and effective execution.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams, vendors, contractors, building owners and agencies to resolve delivery dependencies and implementation issues.
• Use project management tools, trackers and governance processes to maintain visibility, control and delivery discipline.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, regulatory requirements and workplace safety practices throughout project delivery.
• Lead stakeholder reviews and vendor performance discussions to drive accountability and successful delivery outcomes.
• Support continuous improvement in implementation practices, team collaboration and delivery effectiveness.

• Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and project timelines.
• Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong problem-solving and execution skills, with the ability to drive implementation outcomes across cross-functional teams.
• Experience in working with vendors and contractors will be an advantage.
