PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is looking for a finance professional to support OTC derivatives structuring and pricing across asset classes in Singapore.

The role involves assisting with order-taking, trade execution, documentation, and post-trade reporting while maintaining controls and complying with regulatory requirements. You will engage with issuers, sales, risk, and operations and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business or a related discipline.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in structured products, derivatives, financial markets, treasury or a related area is preferred.
• Basic understanding of financial markets, investment products, and derivatives.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.
• Ability to organise competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Confidence in communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of programming or data-analysis tools such as Python, VBA, or SQL would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the structuring and pricing of over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives and structured investment products across multiple asset classes.
• Assist with order-taking, trade execution, booking, confirmation, and post-trade reporting in accordance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare product proposals, pricing comparisons, term sheets, and transaction documentation.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with external issuers and business partners, including onboarding and documentation.
• Conduct product and counterparty due diligence and assist with internal product-approval processes.
• Coordinate with sales, trading, operations, risk, legal, and compliance teams throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Maintain complete and accurate transaction records, reports, and supporting documentation.
• Monitor relevant market developments and contribute to product and process improvements.
• Perform other reasonable duties related to the role as assigned by management
