Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks a data/reporting specialist to support end-to-end OTC transaction reporting for T&M derivatives, ensuring data accuracy and timely submissions.

The role focuses on risk controls, process optimization, and building data-driven dashboards to support regulatory obligations. Experience in banking/finance is preferred; proficiency in VBA and Microsoft Office is required, with Python as a plus.

Qualifications

• Qualification or experience in related field.
• Experience in banking and financial sector preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (VBA).
• Python proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide end to end OTC transaction life-cycle reporting support for T&M derivatives products to fulfill regulatory reporting obligation.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
• Ensure risk control, risk architecture and completeness are adhered to.
• Build and measure TMO performance, service, quality and data analysis via dashboards.
• Review legacy processes and exception handling to reduce toil.
