Job summary

Public Service Division seeks an Engineer, KPE/MCE Management to oversee the safe, efficient operation of Singapore's road tunnels. You will integrate OT and IT systems from planning through to commissioning, coordinating with stakeholders and vendors to achieve timely readiness.

The role requires knowledge of ICS/SCADA, OT security concepts, and data analytics tools; you will contribute to design reviews, risk assessments and cross‑functional collaboration to support tunnel operations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ICS/SCADA and OT/IT integration concepts.
• Experience with OT cybersecurity principles and related controls.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Lead or participate in design/review of integration between systems, APIs, middleware.
• Identify integration risks and propose mitigation to support timely delivery.
• Identify business processes for improvement to enhance tunnel operations.
