Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Engineer to support implementation of cybersecurity initiatives across critical and non-critical environments in Singapore.

The role focuses on hardening OT/ICS environments (DCS, SCADA, HMI, PLC, RTU) and securing OT networks, with involvement in risk assessments, Security by Design reviews, and regulatory compliance. Collaboration spans plant O&M, engineering, IT, and OT vendors.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of OT/ICS cybersecurity experience.
• Experience with OT/ICS in energy, gas or water sectors.
• Experience in cybersecurity risk assessments and audits.

Responsabilités

• Support implementation of OT cybersecurity initiatives across CII and non-CII environments.
• Perform security reviews and hardening of DCS, SCADA, HMI, PLC, RTU and engineering workstations.
• Support OT network security including segmentation, firewalls, secure remote access and Purdue Model architecture.
• Conduct/support Threat Risk Assessments (TRA), Security by Design (SBD) reviews and vendor security assessments.
• Support compliance with IEC 62443, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CSA CCoP and PUB WSCP requirements.
• Monitor and investigate OT cybersecurity alerts using SIEM and OT security monitoring tools.
• Support vulnerability management, incident response and cybersecurity tabletop exercises.
• Work closely with plant O&M, engineering, IT, cybersecurity teams and OT vendors.
