Job summary

Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a senior OT cybersecurity leader to define and direct initiatives across global OT environments. The role focuses on building and guiding a skilled team, maturing the cybersecurity programme, and aligning with international standards.

You will own the OT cybersecurity roadmap, drive device and network security improvements, and report risk posture to ExCom. Strong hands-on experience in OT, ICS, and security governance is essential.

Qualifications

4–6 years of cybersecurity experience with at least 5 years in OT/ICS/SCADA environments.
At least 3 years in a leadership or management role leading cybersecurity teams or programmes.
Hands-on experience in security operations, engineering, architecture, and GRC.

Responsibilities

Define and direct OT cybersecurity initiatives to improve security posture across global OT environments.
Lead and manage a team of OT cybersecurity engineers and analysts.
Own the OT cybersecurity roadmap including tech refresh and capability uplift.
Drive continuous improvement of threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management.
Report OT cybersecurity risk posture and metrics to senior leadership.
