Job summary

Keppel Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced OT/ICs Operations & Security Manager to lead cybersecurity for critical infrastructure. The role covers networks, systems, endpoints, and monitoring to ensure availability and reliability.

You will drive ISMS governance, risk assessments, vulnerability management, and audits, coordinating with auditors, service providers, and internal stakeholders to meet ISO 27001 and other standards. Familiarity with CSA, PSO, EMA, CCOP is suggested.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Support OT/ICs operations including networks, systems, endpoints, and cybersecurity tools.
• Maintain OT system and network monitoring for availability and reliability.
• Configure and troubleshoot cybersecurity solutions in ICs environment.
• Monitor for unusual activities and respond to cybersecurity incidents and threats.
• Maintain security controls to meet operational and cybersecurity requirements.
• Plan and execute vulnerability assessments, VA, and penetration testing activities.
