Job summary

Schneider Electric in Singapore seeks a Cybersecurity Lead Engineer to drive technical execution, delivery, and lifecycle management of cybersecurity solutions for external customers. You will serve as a trusted consultant and technical lead across industrial environments.

You will engage customers, run workshops, design architectures, implement hardening, and align with IEC 62443, NIST, ISO 27001 standards while supporting audits and ongoing operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in OT/ICS cybersecurity across industrial environments.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into cybersecurity designs.
• Experience with cyber governance and documentation.
• Experience delivering FAT/SAT/commissioning activities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical cybersecurity interface between Schneider Electric and customers through the project lifecycle.
• Lead customer workshops to gather, document cybersecurity requirements.
• Develop cybersecurity architectures and implementation strategies for OT and critical infrastructure.
• Lead cybersecurity implementation and hardening across OT/IT infrastructure.
• Prepare verification and validation plans, perform security testing and compliance checks.
• Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and customer teams to ensure delivery.
