Job summary

The role involves growing hospital accounts and providing direct case support to surgeons and operating theatre teams in Singapore. You will cultivate relationships with hospital stakeholders, deliver in-theatre support, and coordinate marketing activities to strengthen brand presence while staying compliant with GDPMDS quality procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical device sales to effectively engage healthcare professionals and manage accounts.
• Eligibility to work in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain hospital accounts across Singapore to increase product adoption and sales growth
• Deliver in-theatre case support to surgeons and OT teams, ensuring smooth procedure execution and product application
• Coordinate and support marketing initiatives including surgeon and healthcare professional events and workshops to enhance brand presence
• Acquire and apply comprehensive product knowledge across the expanding portfolio to advise customers effectively
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in CRM systems following GDPMDS quality procedures
