Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support the complete order-to-cash process in an MNC environment. You will process customer orders in SAP, provide sales support across designated countries, and coordinate shipping documentation.

The role offers hybrid work after three months, with up to two days WFH per week; start ASAP. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of MNC experience, strong logistics knowledge, and proficiency in SAP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years in an MNC environment.
• Sound knowledge in logistics and shipping.
• Experienced with export documentation and trade compliance.
• Experience processing Asia import shipments.
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete order-to-cash process.
• Process customer orders in SAP.
• Provide sales support to designated countries.
• Prepare shipping documentation for customers.
• Address customer complaints and requests for samples.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on credits and logistics.
