Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Order Administrator to support the Sales team in managing customer orders from quotation to delivery.

You will ensure accurate order entry in SAP and our internal systems, liaising with suppliers on status, lead times and shipment arrangements. You will prepare Proforma Invoices, help maintain product codes and documentation in IMS, and coordinate with Finance, Operations and Production for timely fulfilment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales team in managing customer orders from quotation to delivery
• Ensure accurate order entry and documentation in SAP / internal systems
• Liaise with suppliers on order status, lead time and shipment arrangement
• Prepare Proforma Invoice and ensure pricing follows agreed contract terms
• Coordinate internally with Finance, Operations and Production for timely fulfilment
• Maintain accurate product codes, part numbers and documentation in IMS
• Support sample coordination and customer requests
• Assist in preparing credit note documentation when required
• Provide timely updates to Sales team and customers on order progress
