Job summary

Zen’Yu Pacific Pte Ltd is seeking an Order Fulfillment Assistant to support logistics and supply chain operations. The role focuses on accurate processing, packing, and timely shipping of customer orders while assisting with customer communications and workflow improvements.

You will pick and pack, prepare labels, update inventory, and liaise with customers across channels. The position offers on-site work in Singapore with potential to grow into ecommerce roles.

Qualifications

• Completion of GCEO / N levels.
• At least 2 years of related experience.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack products accurately according to order specifications.
• Prepare shipping labels and documentation to facilitate timely delivery.
• Update inventory records and track shipments to maintain stock levels.
• Coordinate with customers on order status via email, live chat, video, phone, and social media.
• Respond to customer queries to provide effective support and satisfaction.
• Escalate serious issues to appropriate personnel for resolution.
• Process customer orders accurately and promptly to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with ecommerce teams to support online fulfillment and improve workflows.
• Provide additional customer service support to enhance overall service quality.
• Support senior team members and learn operational procedures to develop skills.

Job Summary

The Order Fulfillment Assistant supports logistics and supply chain operations by accurately processing, packaging, and shipping customer orders on time while assisting with customer communication and workflow improvements.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack products accurately according to order specifications to ensure correct fulfillment


• Prepare shipping labels and documentation to facilitate timely delivery


• Update inventory records and track shipments to maintain accurate stock levels


• Liaise and coordinate with customers on order status and inquiries through email, live chat, video, phone, and social media channels


• Respond promptly to customer queries to provide effective support and maintain satisfaction


• Escalate serious complaints or issues to appropriate personnel for resolution


• Process customer orders accurately and promptly to meet delivery deadlines


• Collaborate with ecommerce teams to support online order fulfillment and improve workflow efficiency


• Provide additional customer service support as part of the team to enhance overall service quality


• Support senior team members and learn operational procedures to develop skills and knowledge

Required competencies and certifications

• Completion of GCEO / N levels


• At least 2 years of related experience

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Good customer service and communication skills to effectively interact with customers


• Organised, responsive, and able to work independently with minimum supervision to manage tasks efficiently
