Job summary

GMM TECHNOWORLD PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Assistant to join our busy logistics and fulfillment team in Singapore.

You will support the Operations Manager with daily inventory, e-commerce order fulfillment, and shipment coordination to ensure smooth operations. The role covers picking, packing, labeling orders for Shopee, Lazada, and couriers; inventory checks, DOs and packing lists; coordinating with 3PLs; maintaining a clean, safe warehouse; and assisting with replenishment for retail

Qualifications

• Proven basic computer skills and familiarity with spreadsheets.
• Experience with e-commerce order fulfillment processes is a plus.
• Fresh graduates welcome; training provided.

Responsibilities

• E-Commerce Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and label orders for daily courier collection (Shopee, Lazada, etc).
• Stock Keeping & Inventory Control: Daily inbound receiving, quality checks, bin location sorting, stock counts, audits.
• Documentation Preparation: Prepare Delivery Orders, packing lists, tax invoices, and shipping documents.
• Customer & Retail Replenishment: Coordinate stock replenishment for retail stockists and B2B clients.
• Logistics & Courier Coordination: Manage inbound/outbound shipments and liaise with couriers (NinjaVan, J&T, Shopee Xpress, DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc).
• Warehouse Upkeep: Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.

Job Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Operations Assistant to join our operations team. You will directly support the Operations Manager in maintaining smooth daily inventory, e-commerce order fulfillment, and logistics processes.

• E-Commerce Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and label online orders accurately for daily courier collection (Shopee, Lazada, etc).

• Stock Keeping & Inventory Control: Perform daily inbound receiving, quality checks, bin location sorting, stock counts, and regular audit checks.

• Documentation Preparation: Prepare Delivery Orders (DO), packing lists, tax invoices, and shipping documents accurately.

• Customer & Retail Replenishment: Coordinate and pack stock replenishment orders for retail stockists, B2B clients, and partner channels.

• Logistics & Courier Coordination: Manage daily inbound/outbound shipments and liaise with 3PL couriers (NinjaVan, J&T, Shopee Xpress, DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc.).

• Warehouse Upkeep: Ensure a clean, organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: GCE 'O' Level / GCE 'N' Level / ITE / Polytechnic Diploma.

• Experience: Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage (Fresh graduates / Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply; training will be provided).

• Skills:

  • Basic computer literacy (MS Excel/Word, email handling).

  • Familiarity with seller centers (Shopee/Lazada) or basic inventory software is a bonus.

  • Good eye for detail and accuracy in order picking/packing.

• Attributes: Punctual, responsible, physically fit to handle light-to-medium warehouse goods, and a good team player.

Work Schedule & Location

• Work Days: Monday to Friday (5-day work week)

• Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Location: 33 Ubi Ave 3, Vertex (Tower A), Singapore 408868 (Accessible via MacPherson / Ubi MRT)
