Job summary

Rolls-Royce invites undergraduates to join our global Aftermarket Supply Chain internship in Tukang, Singapore, January to May/June 2027. You will assist in end-to-end order fulfilment for spare parts, learn across supply chain ops, customer service, logistics, and finance, and work with international teams to deliver parts on time.

You will gain real project exposure, collaborate with cross‑functional partners, and contribute to a continuous improvement culture while developing hands-on skills

Qualifications

• Undergraduate actively pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with cross‑cultural collaboration能力.
• Proactive, eager to learn and able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP SD and ERP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support processing and management of service and spare parts enquiries and orders for distributors and customers.
• Coordinate with technical specialists to ensure accurate BoMs, quotations, and tooling recommendations.
• Collaborate with inventory planning, procurement, warehouse and logistics to monitor fulfilment and delivery.
• Track orders through Order-to-Cash from receipt to invoicing and payment collection.
• Assist in spare parts warranty claim administration and case closure.
• Support continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
• Build relationships with regional stakeholders in a collaborative, customer‑focused team.
