Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and other enterprise systems using tools such as HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, REST/SOAP APIs, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure seamless data flow across platforms.
• Configure and troubleshoot inbound and outbound interfaces, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with security standards.
• Monitor integration performance, resolve issues, and implement enhancements for scalability and efficiency.
• Prepare technical documentation, integration mapping, and support testing (unit, SIT, UAT).
• Ensure adherence to best practices, governance policies, and change management processes.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with focus on integration development.
• Hands‑on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and BI Publisher.
• Proficiency in REST/SOAP web services, XML, XSLT, and JSON.
• In‑depth understanding of HR processes and data models within Oracle HCM.
• Experience in troubleshooting integrations, performance tuning, and error handling.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
