Rolling Arrays Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Data Migration Consultant to execute HDL data migration workstreams for Oracle HCM.

You will build, run, and validate HDL and HSDL data loads across all HCM modules, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and auditability through all migration cycles from mock to production cutover. Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Oracle HCM or HR system data migration experience with hands-on HDL execution.
• Proficiency in Excel for data transformation and mapping; SQL or Python is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Build HDL data files with object hierarchy awareness across HCM modules.
• Design source-to-target field mappings and transformation logic for Oracle HCM attributes.
• Execute data loads in development and test environments and identify root causes of failures.
• Perform data reconciliation at each mock cycle with source vs load counts and attribute checks.
• Maintain data mapping documentation including transformation rules and load run logs.
