Join KPMG's Oracle Cloud team in Singapore to transform finance operations through Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP solutions. You will work with clients to deliver end-to-end finance transformations, driving operational excellence and business value across R2R, P2P, and O2C processes.

You should have 3–4 years' Oracle ERP experience, hands-on with multiple Fusion Cloud modules, and strong stakeholder management. Malay-English proficiency and consulting background are advantageous for this role.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT or related field.
• 3–4 years' experience with Oracle ERP solutions, incl 1–2 end-to-end Fusion Cloud ERP implementations.
• Hands-on with at least 2 Fusion Cloud ERP modules: General Ledger, Accounting Hub, Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets, Payments & Collections, Cash and Expense Management, Project Portfolio Management.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end finance processes: R2R, P2P, O2C, Fixed Assets, Financial Reporting.
• Experience documenting business processes, functional specs, configuration docs, test scripts, and training materials.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication; able to engage across business and technical teams.
• Experience facilitating workshops, CRPs, UAT, and end-user training.
• Oracle Cloud certifications and prior consulting experience highly regarded.
• This role involves Malay-speaking stakeholders; English and Malay proficiency advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with clients to understand objectives, facilitate workshops, and translate requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Manage workstreams across the project lifecycle: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Identify, monitor, and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and timelines for successful delivery.
• Contribute to business development via proposals, solution demonstrations, and client presentations.
