Gateway Search Pte Ltd is seeking an ERP Consultant specialising in Oracle Financial Module to help clients implement and optimise ERP finance processes. You will gather requirements, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure solutions align with business goals.

With 3+ years of ERP Financial Modules experience, you will work across Chinese and English speaking teams, develop test scripts, deliver end-user training, and support successful ERP adoption.

Qualifications

• ERP Financial Modules experience, esp. Oracle Financial Module.
• Strong tech and software engineering background.
• Proficiency with Axure, XMind, and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and service mindset.
• Fluent in Chinese and English for stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
• Recommend effective solutions to address business needs and improve operational efficiency.
• Validate business requirements and functional specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Act as the liaison between technical teams and business users to facilitate effective communication and solution delivery.
• Develop and review test scenarios, test scripts, and test plans, and execute testing to ensure system functionality and quality.
• Deliver ERP system training and provide guidance to users to support successful implementation and adoption.
