DADACONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. is seeking an Oracle ERP Functional Consultant – Finance to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams in a Singapore-based role. You will translate financial processes into ERP configurations, document requirements, and participate in testing and training.

The ideal candidate has hands-on ERP Financial Modules experience, strong communication, and bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English to liaise with stakeholders in China and regional teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on ERP Financial Modules experience (AP/AR/GL).
• CS/Engineering background with strong technical fundamentals.
• Experience with prototyping/diagramming tools such as Axure or XMind.
• Fluent Mandarin and English for cross-border liaison.
• Experience in technology/fintech/digital infrastructure is a bonus.

Responsabilités

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders across relevant functions.
• Recommend and evaluate ERP solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Verify and validate business requirements against functional specifications to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Act as the key liaison between technical development teams and business users or clients.
• Develop, review, and execute test scenarios, test scripts, and test plans to ensure solution quality.
• Deliver ERP system training to end users, ensuring smooth adoption and knowledge transfer.
• Support the design and improvement of business processes and system workflows.
• Contribute to new project rollouts and ongoing system enhancement initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience withERP Financial Modules(e.g. AP, AR, GL, or related functions)
  
• Background in computer science or software engineering, with solid technical fundamentals
  
• Proficiency in prototyping and diagramming tools (e.g. Axure, XMind) as well as standard office productivity software
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive service mindset and the ability to work across cross-functional teams
  
• Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is required, as the role involves regular liaison with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and counterparts in China
  
• Experience in the technology, fintech, or digital infrastructure sector(is a bonus)
