Job summary

Qualifications
- 3+ years hands-on experience with ERP Financial Modules (AP, AR, GL).
- Background in computer science or software engineering with solid fundamentals.
- Proficient with prototyping/diagramming tools like Axure or XMind and office apps.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; Mandarin and English fluency.
- Experience in tech/fintech or digital infrastructure is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Recommend and evaluate ERP solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Verify requirements against functional specs for accuracy.
- Bridge between development teams and business users or clients.
- Develop, review, and execute test plans to ensure quality.
- Deliver ERP system training to end users for smooth adoption.
- Support design and improvement of business processes and workflows.
- Contribute to new project rollouts and ongoing system enhancements.
