Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking nursing staff to support surgeons during operations and ensure accurate documentation. The role covers Scrub Nurse and Anaesthetic Unit Nurse duties in line with clinical guidelines, with coordination across departments for safe patient transfers.

Responsibilities include escorting patients, providing post–operative recovery care, and contributing to the development and review of nursing policies and procedures, along with other duties as assigned by management.

• Provide nursing support to surgeons during operative procedures and maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Carry out Scrub Nurse and Anaesthetic Unit Nurse duties according to the requirements of each procedure and established clinical guidelines.
• Coordinate with other departments to arrange safe patient transfers and transport.
• Escort and orientate patients before, during and after transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Provide post-operative recovery care and monitor patients in accordance with the relevant care protocols.
• Participate in the review, development and improvement of nursing policies, protocols and procedures.
• Undertake other nursing and operational duties as assigned by management.
