Job summary

OWNDAYS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking optometrists/opticians to perform eye examinations and recommend lenses, frames, and solutions. The role includes contact lens fitting, aftercare, and assisting with daily retail operations in a busy eyewear store.

Candidates must be registered or eligible for OOB registration; part-time availability is welcome, with at least two weekdays per week. English communication is required, and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Registered or eligible for registration with Singapore Optometrists and Opticians Board (OOB).
• Candidates with no experience welcome; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform refraction and eye examinations (8 years old & above).
• Recommend suitable lenses, frames, and optical solutions.
• Conduct contact lens fitting and provide aftercare advice.
• Support dispensing, edging, and adjustments.
• Deliver professional and customer-focused service.
• Assist with daily retail operations.

What We're Looking For

• Registered or eligible for registration with Singapore Optometrists and Opticians Board (OOB) only. (candidates who are not able to register, did not apply)
• Candidates without experience / pre-registered candidates welcome
• Customer-focused with good communication skills
• Comfortable working retail hours (including weekends & PH)
• Good command of spoken and written English .
• Training will be provided.
• Part-Time Optometrists/Opticians are welcome to apply.
• Min. commitment of 2 weekdays per week
