Job summary

Excelitas Technologies Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an assembler to join our optical/photonic production team. Responsibilities include mechanical, electrical and optical assembly and testing, with strict adherence to ESD control and quality standards.

The role requires hands-on experience in opto-mechanical assembly, reading technical drawings and schematics, and the ability to work under supervision while contributing to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in opto-mechanical assembly and related testing.
• Ability to interpret drawings and schematics accurately.
• Strong discipline, teamwork and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical, electrical and optical components and perform tests.
• Maintain ESD control and ensure cleanliness and safety per policies.
• Assist in continuous improvement by suggesting preventative and corrective actions with engineering teams.
• Be flexible to move between departments to meet evolving business needs.
