THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking an Optician to join our retail team in Singapore.

The role involves performing eye and vision tests, dispensing eyewear, and prescribing eyeglasses and contact lenses. You will provide professional advice to customers and help maintain patient records and payments, contributing to smooth shop operations. Key requirements include MOH registration as an Optician, weekend availability, and retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be registered Optician with MOH board.
• Retail experience is an advantage.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Conduct eye and vision tests.
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses.
• Provide professional advice and solutions to customers.
• Prescribe eyeglasses and contact lenses.
• Advise customers on proper eye care techniques.
• Maintain records of prescriptions, work orders and payments.
• Perform administrative duties such as inventory tracking and basic bookkeeping.
• Ensure smooth daily shop operations and ad hoc duties.

5 days, 9:30am to 8pm (off-day on Monday & Friday)

Salary: $3100 -$3300

Location: Choa Chu Kang

Job Description

• Eye and vision tests
• Dispensing
• Provide professional advices and solutions to customers
• Prescribe eyeglasses and contact lenses
• Advise customers on proper eye care techniques
• Maintain records of customer prescription, work orders and payments
• Perform administrative duties such as tracking inventory and sales, submitting patient insurance information and performing simple bookkeeping
• Ensure smooth running of daily shop operations and adhoc duties

Requirements

• Registered as Optician under the MOH Optometrists and Optician Board
• Retail experience will be advantage
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
