Job summary

Lumilens Inc. designs optical interconnects for AI data centers, including silicon photonics and high‑speed ICs. You will own and evolve production test programs for SerDes, TIAs, modulators, and control silicon, from bench bring‑up to OSAT release and production support.

You will work closely with regional test partners and global design/validation teams, traveling regionally as needed to ensure test coverage and yield improvements through data‑driven fixes.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• 3–5 years producing production test for mixed‑signal or high‑speed ICs.
• Hands‑on ATE experience on major platforms.
• Strong programming in C/C++ and Python on Linux.
• Solid analog and mixed‑signal fundamentals; read a datasheet and design the test.

Responsibilities

• Own test program development for devices/blocks; build test lists and drive through final test insertions.
• Develop, debug, and optimize ATE test programs for mixed‑signal/high‑speed devices.
• Support test hardware bring‑up: load board/probe card design reviews; lab debugging with vendors.
• Participate in first‑silicon bring‑up; correlate ATE results with bench data.
• Be the technical contact for OSATs: release, cross‑site correlation, and production support.
• Analyze sort/final test data to identify yield limiters and guard‑band issues; drive fixes.
