Job summary

Lumilens Inc. in Singapore seeks a senior test engineer to own the test strategy for mixed-signal ICs, from first-silicon bring-up to volume production. You’ll develop ATE programs and coordinate with OSATs across the region, shaping test methodologies for delivering high-quality modules.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with design and validation teams in the US, India, and Singapore, while mentoring the local team and driving efficiency and yield improvements.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics or related field.
• 8+ years producing production test for mixed-signal or high-speed ICs.
• Hands-on ATE experience on major platforms (Advantest 93K/T2000, Teradyne).
• Strong programming: C/C++ and Python on Linux.
• Solid analog/mixed-signal fundamentals; read datasheets and design measurements.
• Practical test hardware skills: load boards, probe cards, signal integrity.
• Statistical fluency: JMP, MATLAB, Python/pandas, or equivalent.
• Experience running programs at OSATs and with external test partners.
• Willingness to travel regionally to test sites and overlap US/India hours.

Responsibilities

• Own the test strategy for one or more ICs: coverage plan, tests, and insertion flow.
• Develop, debug, and optimize ATE programs for mixed-signal devices and high-speed paths.
• Specify and bring up test hardware: load boards, probe cards, socketing, fixturing.
• Lead first-silicon bring-up with design/validation; correlate to bench/system tests.
• Manage OSAT/test-house relationships: releases, multi-site correlation, capacity.
• Analyze sort/final test data to find yield limiters and guard-band issues; root cause.
• Set test engineering standards and mentor junior engineers in Singapore.
